What to Expect at Your First Appointment
At your first appointment, Dr Newhart will meet with you personally and answer any question that you have. As a specialist, he will examine you and tell you exactly what you need. Then, he will create treatment options for you and give you an accurate estimate of how long the treatment will take.
At the same appointment, the Treatment Coordinator will check any insurance benefits that you may have and you will be given your exact cost and payment plan options for the treatment. Many patients begin treatment the same day. If desired, this option will be available for you.

Insurance
At Newhart Orthodontics we accept all insurance plans.
Our Insurance Coordinator is here to assist you. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you and to accept benefits directly from your insurance company allowing you to reduce your monthly payments. We will work with you to obtain your maximum insurance benefits!
Financial Arrangements
Dr. Newhart believes that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining a healthy, beautiful smile. Fees for orthodontic treatment are determined by many factors including: severity of case, anticipated length of treatment, and the type of braces used. At your initial examination your treatment plan and fees will be determined.
We offer a variety of payment plans to our patients including No Down Payment, Low Monthly Payments and No Interest. We offer automatic bank draft or credit/ debit card deductions for your convenience. We can work with you using your credit union, home equity loan, or tax-free/flex spending plan to obtain funds for treatment. We can work with you to extend your payments up to 5-7 years allowing even lower monthly payments.

Appointment Scheduling
We offer a variety of flexible appointment times to accommodate the busy schedules or our patients. Throughout the year we offer early morning and early evening appointments.Our Offices are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Generally, we see our patients every twelve weeks. The advanced technologies used by Newhart Orthodontics allow shorter treatment times and fewer office visits.
Our office locations are there for your convenience. You may interchange and go to any of our offices during your treatment. We always have a location near you and we always have your personal file with us because of our networked computer system. Dr. Newhart even has access to all patient files in his home to refer to in case of emergency.
